After more than 20 years in the construction business John Llewellyn has learned that it is the little things that make a big difference.  His background includes working in the fields of landscape architecture, implementing new subdivisions in and around Colleyville, as well as owning J-N-T Concrete company.  John's unique experience allows him to do his own foundations on the homes he builds, he knows first hand the importance of a solid foundation.  Of course all Llewellyn Custom Homes foundations are designed by a structural engineer.

Tina's innate love for design enables her to create homes that are warm and inviting.  Whether it is custom furniture style cabinetry, unique faux finishes, distinctive floors, or possibly an old eccentric piece added to your home, Tina likes mixing things up a bit to create a home that is unique to you and your family.  If you choose to use the design services Llewellyn Custom Homes offers Tina will help assist in all decisions from the beginning of the planning process until the home is complete.  The client can be a part of this process as much or little as they are comfortable with.  Llewellyn Custom Homes hopes offering this service will help to make the sometimes overwhelming task of building a new home a much more enjoyable process.
