Dear John,

The idea of building a new home was an enormous step for Jim and I. I was terrified after hearing our friends speak of their experiences they encountered with builders. I really didn't know if this was something we should be jumping into. We just knew we didn't want to continue living in the same place for another 15 yrs. We interviewed three builders, and from the moment we shook hands there was a comfort level I had not experienced from any other builder. When we got back into our car, I asked Jim what he thought, and from that moment we both knew you were the one we wanted to build our house..  My biggest concern was finding someone I felt comfortable working with (since we would be practically married to each other for 6 months ha! ha!) and whom I could really trust, and know he would always do the right thing. Someone to listen to my ideas, give their expert advise and honest opinions. 

Your constant onsite supervision, and keeping on top of all of the contractors really made a difference. Jim and I spent a lot of time onsite during the building process, and had the opportunity to meet many of your contractors. I am pleased to say, you could not have a better group of people working for you. They are the most accommodating, nicest, politest, individuals you would ever want to come in contact with, and enjoyed doing business with them. 

You advertise that you are a builder of custom homes, let me tell you, your craftsmanship, quality of work, and attention to detail is unbelievable. Between our master bathroom, built in curio cabinets, and cutouts you really proved your standing as a custom home builder. I also felt like you allowed us to work right beside you throughout the whole process, and to me that is important. To know as a home buyer we have an opinion as to what goes into our home throughout the process instead of just in the beginning. Working side by side with you gave me a form of accomplishment because I felt we built it together, at the same time knowing I have you to Thank. I would ask you to build us another home without question in a heartbeat. 

Before I close, I also want to say thank you for taking in consideration the budget. In the beginning I was concerned about the cost of the house, and where we were going to end up. You kept perfect records and accounted for every penny that was spent. Realizing you also needed to make a profit, you made excellent decisions and came under budget. What a comfort it is to know you have our interest at heart. 

John, We not only consider you our builder, but also our friend. You are welcomed in the house you built for us to make a home anytime. We only wish you the very best.
