John Llewellyn made the process of building our new home a rather pleasant experience. He was actively involved in each step of the process from the design to construction, right through the follow-up punch list. John offered excellent suggestions during the design phase that we would have overlooked. We were very pleased with is selection of contractors- he definitely chose the best person or company for each job. John scheduled and supervised each phase of construction perfectly. There never seemed to be a lapse in time between the arrivals of new contractors. The entire process flowed from one project to another. When the house was completed, John quickly addressed the few items that needed correction.

John’s greatest asset as a builder is his attention to detail and quality. The details are what seem to make our house feel so much like home, and John certainly strives to make each one perfect. And although he is cost-minded during the construction, John would never consider sacrificing quality for cost.
